Does PBV Accept Returns/Refunds?

We do not allow any returns or exchanges on items due to dissatisfaction with styles, fit, marks/blemishes or change of mind. If you are concerned about sizing, all our garments come with measurements for you to check to see if its the right fit for you.

Why Does My Item Have Marks/Holes/Wear & Tear?

All our clothing is checked and steamed prior to sale - however we are human and can accidentally miss things. We are dedicated to bringing you the best quality vintage we can find, but these unique items may come with some small damage/marks -  but that is all part of the PBV vibe.

Why Is There Only One Of Each Item On Your Website?

All of our items are one of a kind. This means that we only have one of each product on our website, we may find another identical piece but it is impossible for us to predict when we will get an exact item back in stock. As frustrating as it can be to miss out on an item you love, it's also what makes vintage clothing unique and you won't see anyone else wearing it! 
 
 Can I Change/Cancel My Order?

In most cases we may be able to change the postal address of an order if it has not been packed and shipped. Please contact us ASAP at hello@peachybinvintage.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Cancellations are not available at this time. 
 
How Long Until My Item Is Shipped?

We aim to ship everything in 1-3 business days once an order has been placed. 
If orders are lost in transit we do not provide refunds or store credits however please get in contact with us and we will work with you to lodge a missing parcel notice!
